There is a special report coming up on the CBC about the shortage of boys being born in Canada. Guess George Bailey will have his pick of the gals when he grows up--even if he inherits his father's penchant for monstrous snoring and his mother's inability to communicate on the telephone. Beggars can't be choosers, ladies.

Beggars can very much be choosers, or so I've found. Men need women in their lives, but the opposite... not quite so true.
On a lighter note, are you really going to name your son George Bailey? That's a great name. Perhaps you're hoping that he'll have a guardian angel looking after him?
Hmmm, maybe not all women, but from firsthand knowledge I know at least one.
Yes, we're hoping our George Bailey will also be "the richest man in town", but you know, in money not friends. I have a bit of an "It's a Wonderful Life" fetish, gotta start junior on the same track.
I recall reading somewhere that when the food supply goes up, the number of male births drops. If you want young George to have his pick, encourage all your friends to eat, eat, eat!
